WHO are we looking for?
CAPTRUST is seeking an Institutional Client Service Intern in our Phoenix, AZ office to join our Institutional Client Management Team to provide client and prospect support. The position will provide exposure to the inner-workings of a firm with diversified practice lines including institutional advisory, private wealth management, and a robust tax practice. Hands-on learning starts day one in this fast-paced environment. This position will be trained on different aspects of institutional advisory and investment consulting. The intern will also be trained on specific software used throughout the firm. Responsibilities include, assisting with client service, meeting preparation, data maintenance, investment monitoring, and administrative tasks.
CAPTRUST interns must maintain professional and ethical standards, be well organized, service oriented, and capable of performing under tight deadlines. Obtaining course credit may also be possible, depending on the student’s program approval. Hours will be flexible based on school schedule.
